Brodway Support busca egresados UNPHU de la carrera de todas las carreras para ocupar la vacante de Debt Negotiator

Localidad: Santo Domingo, D.N.

Objetivos del Puesto:

-Negotiate, deliver, and follow through to the completion of client settlement offers and proposals between the client and the creditor.

-Establish and maintain contact with creditors, collection agencies, collection law firms, and debt buyers.

-Analyze client portfolio to determine the best strategy to help clients achieve financial freedom as quickly as possible.

-Review the client’s bank account to determine the funds necessary and available to execute the program.

Responsible for achieving monthly KPIs set by management.

Competencias/Experiencia:

-High School Diploma or GED required

-Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent communication, both verbal and written

-High energy, competitive, articulate, passionate, and motivated to be #1

-The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly

-Computer knowledge.                                                                                                                                    -Previous call center experience is preferred.
